Welcome to My Google Maps Monday (MGMM), where, once a month, as a part of the paid subscription to To Taste, I’ll be sharing a custom google map of my recommendations for a specific part of the world (NYC, Alabama, the Bay Area…). These maps are a result of many hours of research, both in person and online, and they serve as my guide to what I’ve seen and enjoyed of the world and its food. Once you have the link, you can add it to your Google Maps, and pull it up any time you are in a new place and are looking for good places to eat, bars to get your ass kicked in, or even hot springs and other natural beauty.
This month’s map will be…. …. … …….. JAPAN! Below you’ll find some of my thought process behind the map, as well as tips for traveling to Japan, and some of my personal highlights. You can find the link to the map at the very end of this post — open it on your phone, click “Save List,” and whenever you want to use it, go to the “You” section on the bottom of Google Maps, find Cody’s Japan, click the three dots and select “Show On Your Map.” Enjoy <3
